As I stated earlier the reason
she died was due to pain killer overdose. On September 28, 1997 in Allenton, Derby. |
There was constant bullying by other children at her school(Merrill Academy). She was bullied due to her weight they even threw food
at her home. |
I read that she was obviously depressed and her parents where worried. She had her house get hit with food for consecutive nights. She was being pushed over her limits and no one would help.

Some days a motivational quote can provide a quick pick-me-up for people who feel down or unmotivated. She felt forced down by the world because it treated her like nothing more than garbage. She was teased and had her self-esteem broken down piece by piece . Constantly getting called "fatty" and had her clothes thrown in the trash . She also had her lunch getting ruined by others who put salt in it mostly everyday.

I've been researching this topic and found a lot of things to say. Kelly Yeoman was apparently cheeky and plump making her an easy target . She was getting stabbed by her classmates with pencils and they threw her bag in the trash. She even had her glasses broken, and was beaten by the other teens. After a while more teens of different ages began to join the torment and it grew even worse throwing her into despair. They even began to torment her family, and her home for many nights they threw foods and said insults directed to Kelly. On that day Kelly said "It is nothing to do with you Daddy, nothing to do with you Mummy, and nothing to do with you Sarah (her sister). I have had enough and I'm going to take an overdose."
|
After Kelly had committed suicide by overdosing on painkillers the incident was taken to court. The teens where brought into custody and questioned about the incident with Kelly. They had confessed to doing everything the bullying, and defacing of Kelly's home. Sadly though no justice was given that day the teens where set free. They had been released without any charges and with no bail authorities said "It not clear what would happen to them.
